At Sariverse, every saree is thoughtfully curated and carefully inspected before dispatch. Since our products are handcrafted and often made in limited quantities, we do not offer returns or exchanges once a saree is sold.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. Therefore, we only accept returns in case you receive a damaged saree.ย
To ensure transparency, we strictly recommend you to perform the below steps after receiving your order:
1. Record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package โ this helps us verify the issue and ensure complete transparency.
2. Share the unboxing video with us at info@sariverse.com or WhatsApp at +91 9999932237 within 48 hours of receiving your saree.
3. Once verified, weโll offer an exchange for the same product or accept your return (subject to availability).

โข Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.
