Welcome to Sariverse. Please read these Terms of service carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and other relevant policies.

a) This website (the “Site”) is operated by Sariverse. We provide handcrafted and designer sarees and related apparel and accessories for end-user purchase.

b) You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You represent that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

c) We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

a) To place an order, you may be required to register or provide certain information (“Account”). You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep that information updated.

b) You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

c) We may refuse registration or cancel an account at our discretion for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

a) We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing on the Site are accurate, but we do not warrant that the product information is error-free.

b) Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in price, description or availability—even after you have placed an order.

c) If we cancel your order for a reason (e.g., product unavailable, pricing error) and you have already made payment, we will refund you as per our refund procedures.

a) All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. Once you place an order and make payment, the order is deemed accepted and processed.

b) We currently accept only online prepaid payments. Cash-on-delivery or other payment methods are not available unless specifically stated otherwise.

c) Once payment is received, we dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise specified).

d) As many of our sarees are handcrafted or made to order/customised, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

e) You acknowledge that handcrafted or customised items may show slight variations in colour, texture or weave; such variations are characteristics of artisan work and not defects.

a) Our policy does not provide for returns or exchanges of sarees unless there is a verifiable defect.

b) If you believe your product is defective, you must record a clear un-boxing video showing the defect and send it to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

c) Claims submitted without the required un-boxing video or outside the 48-hour window will not be considered eligible.

d) If we confirm the defect, we will offer you a replacement of the same product (subject to availability) or other remedy as per our discretion.

a) All content on the Site—including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, images, videos—is the property of Sariverse or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

b) You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or its content without our express written permission.

When using the Site you agree that you will not:

a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sariverse and its officers, employees, affiliates or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of any product.

b) Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase is limited to the purchase price paid by you for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

c) We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sariverse, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Site immediately and any rights granted to you will cease.

Sariverse shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions or other emergencies. In such cases, we will take reasonable steps to resume performance as soon as possible.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palwal, Haryana for any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.

We may modify or update these Terms of Use at any time, at our sole discretion. The “Last updated” date will reflect the revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
